The launch of spot Ethereum ETFs is once again delayed due to actions by the SEC.

IMG_9043.jpeg

как Most investors and traders were expecting the launch of spot Ethereum ETFs in early July.

However, Bloomberg reports that the SEC has again postponed the timeline.

The regulator returned the applications to the ETF issuers for adjustments in line with additional requirements.

Companies must return the revised documents to the Commission by July 8.

As usual, the SEC does not provide exact deadlines, so it is expected that the launch will take place in mid or late July.

However, the situation may change, as the regulator previously allowed the launch of Ethereum ETFs by the end of summer 2024.

We remind you that applications for the issuance of Ethereum ETFs have been submitted by BlackRock, Fidelity, 21Shares, Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, VanEck, iShares, and Invesco.
